Patricia A. Palo

Patricia Ann Palo, 72, of Rushville, passed away unexpectedly at 4:04 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

She was born on April 1, 1953, in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Pat married Alan Palo on July 17, 2006, in Clarinda, Iowa and he survives.

Pat spent most of her working life serving in the capacity of restaurant manager. Her most recent position was with McDonald's in Beardstown. She was a devoted and active member of the LaGrange Chapel of Beardstown where she attended regularly. Pat enjoyed crafts, knitting and crocheting in her free time.

In addition to her husband of nearly 19 years, Alan, of Rushville, Pat is survived by a son; Jason Harwick, two daughters; Jennifer Thielman & Dawn Dahlstrom, several grandchildren, two sisters; Billie Klingaman & Anita Franson and by several nieces & nephews.

In accordance with Pat’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and public services will not be conducted. The Triplett & Wood Funeral Home of Rushville has been entrusted with the care and arrangements. Memorial contributions in memory of Pat are suggested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
